6. Click on your name.

7. You can now review your current list of available macros with iScribeAI, Speech-to-Text, and AirMic. Click on any macro to review and/or update.

8. Click any field to make changes as needed. You can also update the section the macro is associated with in the encounter.

  • All Spoken Forms will start with the word "Insert".

  • Click "UPDATE" to save any changes.

9. To create a new macro, click "ADD"

10. Find your name on the Provider drop-down list or type in your name to quickly filter

11. Click on your name once found

12. Click on the "Section" you wish for this macro to populate

13. For this example, we are creating a new imaging macro. Click "Imaging"

14. Click the "Macro" field and type or copy/paste your macro verbiage.

15. Click the "Spoken Form " field to create your verbal phrase that will trigger your macro to populate in the encounter.

16. Our Best Practices when creating your Spoken Form phrase include the following:

  • All macros must start with the word "Insert"

  • Avoid special characters, punctuation, and extra spacing in the phrase

  • Keep the phrase to no more than a maximum of 3 or 4 words

17. You can also add a brief description to help distinguish between similarly phrased macros.

  • This does not impact the Macro or the Spoken Form.

  • This field is not required, but it will no longer be editable once the macro is created.

18. Once you are ready to finalize your macro, click "SUBMIT"

19. Review your submitted macro and click "CONTINUE" to create and add it to your list.

21. You have successfully created your first macro! Repeat the same steps to update or create additional macros. Once you have completed your list of macros, log out of the iScribe App and log back in to see your updated MACROS list.
