Getting to AI preferences:

To access AI Preferences in the app:

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.

  2. Select AI Preferences from the menu.

💡 Tip: You can also update your profile picture directly from the menu — just tap the image placeholder at the top.

Configuring your AI preferences:

Once inside AI Preferences, you'll find two settings to configure: Format and Style.

  • Format -Controls how each section of your AI encounter note is structured. Choose the layout that best fits your documentation style: numbered list, dash list, or paragraph.

  • Style - Sets the tone, voice, and level of detail in the AI's output. Adjust to match your clinical communication preferences and note verbosity.

Additional options:

Within AI Preferences, you can also configure the following:

  • Specialty - Select your medical specialty so the AI tailors its output to your clinical context.

  • General attestation - Add a general attestation statement that will automatically populate at the end of each note.

  • Discrete diagnosis - Enable discrete diagnosis capture to support structured data entry within your notes.

  • Multilingual support - Enable multilingual support if you conduct encounters in languages other than English.

How to update your AI preferences:

  1. Go to AI Preferences within User Preferences.

  2. Tap the section you'd like to update (Format or Style).

  3. A dropdown menu will appear with the available options.

  4. Select the option that best fits how you'd like the AI to respond.

  5. Tap Save to apply your changes.

💡 Not sure which option to choose? Tap the ⓘ info button next to any option to see a short description and an example of what the AI's output would look like with that setting applied.
