Sending a Second Recording

If the encounter is still open on the provider’s schedule, you may submit a second AI recording. This is helpful if something went wrong with the original recording or if additional information needs to be captured.

  • Ensure the first AI recording has been sent and returned before sending the second job, or you may encounter a failure.

    • Look for the microphone to be green before attempting a second recording​

If the Encounter Is Already Closed

If the encounter has been closed, a second AI recording can no longer be submitted. Instead, you will need to reopen the encounter before adding any more details.
