Apple Watch - How to select the correct document type

When utilizing the Apple Watch for AI recording, users have the option to record on various document types.

When using the Apple Watch, users have the option to send in AI recordings for three different document types.

  1. Existing Encounter

    1. Links the recording to the actual visit

  2. Dictation Note

    1. Blank generic note, that will attach to the patient chart but NOT the visit

  3. Dictaton Letter

    1. Blank Generic letter, that will attach to the patient chart, but NOT the visit

Watch Steps

  1. Tap on the Patient on the schedule

  2. Select the Existing Encounter option

  3. Choose the appropriate Visit Slot

  4. Tap the Microphone icon to begin dictating
