ALL - How to Delete an AI Recording in iScribe

If you accidentally start an iScribe AI recording for the wrong patient, you can delete it directly from the AI Recording screen.

  1. If you’ve accidentally started a recording in the iScribe app, tap the microphone icon to stop it.

  2. Tap the trash can icon in the top-left corner of the screen to delete the recording.

  3. When prompted, select 'Yes' to confirm.

    Note: If you’ve already saved the recording but decide not to keep the dictated information, you can return to the AI Recording screen and delete it using the same steps.

    Note: Once the encounter has been sent, you’ll need to contact the Support team to have the recording removed.
