How to Send Logs via AirMic on Mac

Sending logs from AirMic helps our Support team diagnose and resolve software issues more effectively.

  1. Open AirMic on your Mac.

    1. If you don’t see the microphone icon in the top menu bar (the bar that runs along the very top of your screen), open Launchpad and search for iScribe AirMic to launch the app.

  2. Click the microphone icon in the menu bar.

  3. Sign in to AirMic

  4. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu in the top-right corner of the AirMic menu.

  5. Select Send Logs from the dropdown.
