ALL - How to update the iScribeHealth App on your Mobile Device

It is important to have the iScribe mobile application running on the latest version to ensure all major fixes and enhancements are being utilized within the application. If you have automatic updates turned off, you will need to follow the steps below to update the application.

iScribe recommends turning on auto updates for the iScribe mobile application

  1. Open the App Store

    1. Tap the App Store icon on your iPhone’s Home Screen.

  2. Search for iScribeHealth

    1. Tap the Search tab in the bottom right corner.

    2. In the search bar, type iScribeHealth.

  3. Select the App from the List

    1. Please tap on the iScribeHealth app when it appears in the search results.

  4. Step 4: Check for Updates

    1. If an update is available, you will see the Update button. Tap Update to install the latest version.

    2. If it says Open instead, you already have the latest version.
