If FaceID is not working when you try to log into the iScribeHealth mobile app, try the following steps:
Verify FaceID is enabled for the app:
Go to your device Settings > Apps > iScribeHealth
Ensure FaceID is toggled on
If it is already on, toggle it off, then back on
Restart the app and your device:
Force close the iScribeHealth mobile app
Restart your device
Open the app again β you may be prompted to enter your password the first time
If iScribe password has been updated, follow the steps below
When logging into iScribe, hide your face to dismiss the facial recognition login
Manually type in the iScribe password
Facial recognition should start working going forward
Additional considerations:
Appearance changes: Have you recently changed your appearance (e.g., wearing glasses, mask, etc.)? If so, you may need to update your FaceID settings.
App updates: Check the App Store to see if an update is available for the iScribeHealth app. An outdated version can sometimes interfere with FaceID functionality.
