Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the iScribe application.

  2. Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.

  3. Select Support from the menu options.

  4. Tap “Send us a message.”

  5. In the message box, provide the following details: A clear description of the issue, Steps you took before the issue occurred, and a patient example (use last name and first initial or MRN only — no full names). Screenshot(s), if available, can help speed up troubleshooting.
