Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to the iScribe application.
Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
Select Support from the menu options.
Tap “Send us a message.”
In the message box, provide the following details: A clear description of the issue, Steps you took before the issue occurred, and a patient example (use last name and first initial or MRN only — no full names). Screenshot(s), if available, can help speed up troubleshooting.
