On the login screen, you can just tap 'Forgot Password?' below the 'Sign In' option.
Enter the email address associated with your account, then tap 'Request Code'. A message will confirm: "Verification code request succeeded. You should receive a code in your email inbox."
Check your email for the verification code and enter it in the 'Verification Code' field. Then, tap 'Confirm Code'.
Once the code is verified, you'll be directed to a new screen to create a new password. After entering your new password, tap 'Done' to complete the update.
